PLEASE NOTE: 1. Early registration discount - Forms must be postmarked and full payment included on or before 30th June 2009 in order to be eligible for early registration discount. 2. Participant substitutions are allowed at any time with written notification. 3. The conference registration fee includes admission to all academic and industrial sessions; one hard-copy of the conference book published by Springer; refreshments during conference breaks and a banquet ticket. Method of Payment:Payment of fees will be accepted in USD or equivalent AUD (Australian Dollar based on the current exchange rate, please notice us if you'd like to pay in AUD). We will advice the method for credit card payment at later stage.
